HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE HWHEARTS LADDER

If your ladder account does not allow you to play in the Case's Ladder or Tournament rooms on Hardwood, you will need to WITHDRAW the account from the ladder and start again.

Step 1

Go to the Ladder Website

Click this link to take you to the ladder website
http://www.igl.net/hwhearts/

Find the WITHDRAW link on the left under Account
 

Step 2

Sign into your account

You will need your ladder name and ladder password for this so if you don't have your password, click the link under the login box to request it to be sent via email.

Step 3

Click the Delete me! button

Step 4

Confirmation

If you're sure, click the button and your done!
